We’ve blended boundaries through the collaboration of baristas, cooks and bartenders, each offering the best of their respective crafts to create dishes and drinks that are both dependably inventive and comfortingly familiar.
We’ve exposed brick walls and wooden ceiling beams, centered one of the largest outdoor seating spaces in the city around a swan fountain, and crowned the coffeehouse with a reclaimed church rose window restored as a chandelier.
We’ve created the Abbey to give a sense of place, the feeling that you’ve discovered something novel, yet close to home. We’ve brought together a coffeehouse, two bars, and a bistro all under a single roof. We're exploring the world of craft - come explore it with us.
